CUSTOM ITEMS Due to the nature of the product we unfortunately can’t cancel or offer returns for custom orders. We only offer replacements. NON-CUSTOM ITEMS You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the return merchandise to the original form of payment. If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue store credit for what was spent upon arrival or we will process the exchange for you. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, and may take longer depending on your financial institution. Refunds for orders that used Afterpay may also take longer to process. *If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded. *All products have a 30 day warranty 1. You can start your return process by going through our contacting customer support. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package. 2. Ship your return, including our filled-out return form. 3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they’re in stock.
